摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,各类物流工程项目逐渐增多,且其不断朝着规模化、复杂化和跨区域化的方向前进。工程项目所需投资多、建设工程量大、运转周期长,使得项目的建设过程中面临着众多风险,基于此,必须加大对工程风险的重视力度,内部控制是当前运用得较广泛的现代化管理模式,可以有效控制工程项目成本,提升企业经济效益。文中以工程项目内部控制概念为基础,简要分析内部控制中存在的问题,重点阐述加强内部控制的途径。
