关于提升高校教师国际化教学能力的机制探讨

Discussion on the Mechanism for Improving the International Teaching Ability of Teachers in University

国际化是大学迈向一流的重要手段和有效途径,是世界一流大学发展的普遍规律。近年来,高校正不断推进教育国际化;而对教学主体——教师国际化教学能力的提升显得尤为重要。文中首先分析了我国高校教师教学能力的研究现状,然后提出了建立高校教师国际化教学能力提升机制的基本思路,即以政府、高等院校和人才队伍为三位一体的布局,搭建政府平台,高等院校作为传导,落实到人才队伍的"多轮驱动"机制,最后提出可操作性建议。

Internationalization is an important measure and efficient path to make the university become top-ranking,and it is universal law of development in top-ranking universities. In recent years, the internationalization of education iscontinually promoted in the colleges and universities, however, the improvement of internationalization teaching in teacherbody is obvious important. This paper first analyzes the present condition of teachers, teaching ability in universities inChina, then proposes basic idea to build internationalization teaching ability of teachers in universities and the promotionmechanism, that is a kind of triune layout which the government, mstitutions of higher learning and talent team. Amulti-wheel driving mechanism which built the government platform, the institutions of higher learning as a leader, andimplement into talent team. Finally, it proposes some operational suggestions.
