水氮耦合对香料烟生长发育、产量及主要化学成分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为给香料烟新品种生产上合理的水肥管理提供参考,采用盆栽试验研究了水氮互作对香料烟烟株生长发育、产量及主要化学成分的影响,结果显示,随着土壤水分含量和氮素用量的增加,香料烟烟株株高、节距、根体积以及干物质积累呈增加趋势。施氮量为每株0.70 g、土壤含水量为田间最大持水量的80%~85%时,烟叶产量最高。土壤水分对烟株生长发育的影响要大于施肥量的影响。增加土壤水分,烟叶产量显著增加;而只在土壤水分较为充足时,增施氮肥对烟叶产量的提高效应才较为明显,显示出土壤水分和氮肥的耦合效应。土壤水分和氮肥对香料烟烟叶总氮和烟碱含量的影响没有一致的规律性,尤其对烟碱的影响较小,因此,在生产应用中对土壤水分和施氮量的管理应以烟株生长发育、产量和品质表现为主要决策依据。 Experiment of potted oriental tobacco was conducted to study the effect of water and nitrogen coupling on its growth,yield, main chemical compositions and nutrient uptake. The results showed that the plant height, stem girth, root volume and accumulation of dry matter would rise with the increasing of nitrogen application and high level of water in soil. The highest yield would obtain when nitrogen application rate is 0.70 g per plant and soil water content is 80% to 85% of the field maximum moisture capacity. Water content in soil has more effect on the growth of oriental tobacco than fertilization application.The more the water level in soil, the higher the yield would be. Nitrogen supplement works well in yield only when water in soil is sufficient. Thats the coupling effect of water and nitrogen application. There is no obvious change in total nitrogen and nicotine content in tobacco leaves, nicotine in particular. So it should focus on the growth, yield and quality performance as criteria for water and fertilizer management in production practice.
