纤维支气管镜治疗中老年重症肺炎疗效观察

Curative effect observation of fiber bronchoscope for elderly patients with severe pneumonia

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜治疗中老年重症肺炎的临床效果.方法:选取2014-03/2015-10窑街煤电集团公司总医院ICU收治的68例中老年重症肺炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组(n=34)和对照组(n=34),对照组使用内科常规治疗,研究组在内科常规治疗基础上使用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗.比较两组患者治疗总有效率和治疗前后炎性指标之间的差异及不良反应情况.结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.2%,高于对照组的67.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清降钙素(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等炎性指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组均无不良反应发生.结论:纤维支气管镜治疗中老年重症肺炎效果好,能够有效控制炎症,且无不良反应.

AIM： To investigate curative effect of fiber bronchoscopefor elderly patients with severe pneumonia. METHODS ： Atotal of 68 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia admittedinto General Hospital of Yaojie Coal Electricity Group were divded into research group and control group, and each had 34 cases.The control group was treated with conventional medical treatment,while the research group was treated with fiber broncho scope combined with conventional medical treatment. The total effectiverate, inflammatory indicators before and after treatmentand adverse reactions of two groups were compared. RESULTS ：The total effective rate of the research group （91.2% ） was higherthan the control group （67.6% ） , and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, inflanimatory indicatorssuch as PCT and CRP of the research group were lower thanthe control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. There was no adverse reactions in both groups. CONCLUSION：fiber bronchoscope has good effect for elderly patientswith pneumonia, which can also effectively control the inflammationand avoid adverse reaction.
