支架结合弹簧圈栓塞颅内复杂动脉瘤术中护理体会

Nursing experience of stent combined with coil embolization in the treatiment of patients with complicated intracranial aneurysm

目的:总结应用Neuroform自膨式支架结合电解弹簧圈栓塞颅内复杂动脉瘤的术中护理.方法:选取河北大学附属医院2006-05/2007-11收治的15例颅内复杂动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,均采用Neuroform自膨式支架结合弹簧圈技术治疗,导管室护士应熟练掌握手术过程及常见并发症,密切配合,加强监护.结果:除1例患者出现偏瘫,其余14例术后恢复效果良好.结论:高质量的术中护理配合,严密观察患者生命体征的变化,对手术成功至关重要.

AIM： To summarize the nursing care of Neuroform combined with coil embolization in the treatment of patients with complicated intracranial aneurysm. METHODS： A total of 15 patients with complicated intracranial aneurysm admitted into Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from May 2006 to November 2007 were selected as study objects, treated by Neuroform combined with coil embolization technique. The nurses in the catheter room should be familiar with the operation process and common complications. RESULTS：Except for 1 case of patients with hemiplegia, the other 14 cases recovered well. CONCLUSION：High quality of care and close observation of patients＇vital signs change are critical to successful operation.
