两岸旅游高等教育教学差异评价

Discussion on the Teaching Differences of Cross Strait Higher Tourism Education

随着旅游业的高速发展,我国旅游专业高等教育已满足不了时代的需求。台湾省是与大陆隔海相望的同根同源之地,有着相近的文化背景,其较为先进的旅游高等教育的发展值得我们借鉴,以此推动大陆地区旅游高等教育的发展。文章从培养目标、培养方案、课程体系、课程开发、教学方式等五大方面入手,以福建师范大学和台湾世新大学旅游专业为例,比较两岸旅游高等教育教学的差异,同时以福建师范大学旅游专业首届闽台生的视角加以评价。

With the high-speed development of tourism, tourism higher education in China has been unable to meet the era de-mand. As the place with same root and same source of culture with the mainland, Taiwan and the mainland have similar culture and background, and Taiwan has been taught by the west education, so the development of tourism higher education is worth to borrow for the mainland,in order to promote the development of higher tourism education in China's Mainland. In this paper, in view of five aspects of training objectives, training plan, curriculum system, curriculum development, teaching mode and so on, taking Fujian Normal University and Shih Hsih university in Taiwan tourism as a miniature, teaching differences of the cross-strait tourism higher education were viewed. At the same time, as the first students of Fujian and Taiwan tourism of Fujian Normal Uni-versity, the professional perspective view was used in the discussion.
