重庆市融入国家“一带一路”战略的思考

重庆作为中国西部唯一的直辖市,是国家"一带一路"战略中承东启西、联接南北的重要联接点,具有极其重要的区位优势。依据重庆独有的发展优势,结合"一带一路"战略对重庆市"西部地区开发开放支撑点"的定位要求,提出了优化对外开放的良好环境、坚持"走出去"与"引进来"相结合、创新产业业态等方面的发展思路,以期实现对国家"一带一路"战略同重庆自身特点的深度结合,为将重庆市打造成为内陆开放的新高地提出可供参考的建议。

As one and the only municipality in Southwest China, Chongqing is the important link between the East and West, and the north and South in the national strategy of “the Belt and Road Initiatives”, which has a extremely important geographical su-periority.According to the development of unique advantages, combined with the national strategy of “the Belt and Road Initia-tives”of Chongqing “the support point of western region development and opening up” of the positioning requirements, it is pro-posed to optimize the favorable environment of opening to the outside world, to insist the combination of “bringing in” and “going out”,and to innovate industry formats, hoping these efforts will realize the national strategy of “the Belt and Road Initiatives”with Chongqing’s own characteristics of the depth of the combination and positive interaction, and raise suggestions for creating the Chongqing as inland open new heights.
