摘要
提出了一种基于改进DS证据理论的航空交流发电机故障诊断方法。首先分析了在电机故障诊断中DS证据理论相对于其它多传感器数据融合方法的优点,简单介绍了DS证据理论的基本概念,并通过一实际案例分析了DS证据理论存在的不足,然后提出了引入冲突强度改变融合规则以改进DS证据理论的方法,并建立了基于改进DS证据理论的电机故障诊断流程,最后通过仿真算例验证改进方法的合理性,结果表明所提改进方法能提高故障诊断的确定度,很适合用于电机的故障诊断。
An improved DS evidence theory which is used for the fault diagnosis of aeronautic AC generator was proposedin this paper. Firstly, the advantages of DS evidence theory in the fault diagnosis application of generator are analyzedcomparing with other multi-sensor combination methods, the DS evidence theory was introduced briefly, and the disadvantagesof DS evidence theory are illustrated through an example, then an improving method was put forward by the injectionof collision intensity which was applied for the rules of combination, and the flow chart of fault diagnosis about generatorbased on DS evidence theory was set up, Finally, an simulation example was applied for the demonstration for the rationalityof the improved theory, the results show that the improved method which can raise the certainty grade for fault diagnosisis very suitable for the fault diagnosis on electrical machine.
