摘要
针对开关磁阻电机在运行时需要知道准确的转子位置信息,提出一种基于外加检测线圈法的无位置传感器控制技术。该方法是在电机定子槽中加装检测线圈并在其中通入高频电压信号,随着转子在不同的位置时,检测线圈中的磁场会经过不同的磁路而使得其电感值发生变化,因此,可以通过检测线圈中的电感曲线或者电流包络线来判断转子的位置信息。利用Ansoft软件分析了电机的基本电磁特性并完成了基于外加检测线圈法的开关磁阻电机无位置传感器仿真。通过对仿真实验数据的分析可以看出,外加检测线圈法满足对转子位置信息的检测,并且加入的检测线圈对于电机本身的性能和电磁特性基本没有影响,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
Aimed at the problem that the rotor position information was needed while the switched reluctance motor isrunning, a position sensorless control based on the added detecting coils for switched reluctance motor was proposed. Themotor stator slots were equipped with the detecting coils which were injected the high frequency voltage signal. The magneticfields of the detecting coils pass through different magnetic circuits with the rotor in different locations, leading to the inductancevalues' change of the detecting coils. Therefore, the position information of the rotor can be estimated by the inductancecurve or current envelope of the detecting coils. Finally, with the basic electromagnetic characteristics of the motoranalyzed, the simulation of position sensorless control based on the added detecting coils for switched reluctance motor wascompleted. The analysis of the simulation data shows that the detecting coils can meet the detection of the rotor position,the added detecting coils have almost no effect on the operating performance and the electromagnetic characteristic of themotor as well, verifying the proposed method's effective and feasible.
