电机快速下线装置的建模

摘要 该装置在微型直流电机的带动下,通过特殊机构带动弯状空心绕线针作类似于圆锥曲面的旋转[1],把漆包线快速绕到外定子电机铁心槽中,实现了快速下线。撑线叉子防止了导线从槽中滑出,并且使线圈的端线变高,也有利于线圈端线的整形;可调支架把圆柱形传动变成了圆锥形传动,而且传动轴的角度可调,可实现对任意槽数的快速下线。该装置体积小,重量轻,投资成本极低,可成为电机下线者的得力助手。 The device driven by the miniature DC motor, using special institutions to drive curved shape hollow windingneedle move as similarly to the rotation of the cone surface, realized the quick offline along with enameled wire wrappingthe external stator motor's winding slot of core quickly. The holding line fork, making the coil ends higher, prevented thewire from slipping out of slots and was good for the plastic of coil ends. Adjustable bracket, which made the switch from cylindricaltransmission to cone transmission, with the angle of the shaft adjustable, can realize fast slot inserting for arbitraryslot number. Small volume, light weight and low cost of investment make the device helpful for slot inserting.
