基于FLAC^(3D)的沿空留巷巷旁充填体宽度参数研究 被引量:4

摘要 余吾煤业瓦斯涌出量大且涌出具有不均衡性,根据余吾煤业复杂地质条件并结合多年开采实践,拟在N2105工作面采用沿空留巷方法治理瓦斯。通过应力分析软件FLAC3D建立沿空留巷立体结构受力特性模型,对沿空留巷巷道顶底板、充填体帮和煤体帮由于受采动影响而造成的屈服应力变形和移动规律进行模拟,研究充填体在强度确定的条件下宽度参数变化时巷道围岩屈服应力和变形的动态发展规律,找出合理参数。结果表明:随着充填体宽度的增加,充填体应力在宽度为1~1.5 m范围内的变化量比在1.5~2 m范围内的变化量要大,顶板下沉量和充填体帮移近量在充填体宽度1~1.5 m范围内的下降幅度要比在1.5~2 m范围内大,确定合理充填体宽度为1.5 m。在N2105工作面现场按照合理参数进行沿空留巷充填体支护,根据周期来压步距建立测站并对沿空留巷巷道顶底板、两帮变形和相对位移进行监测,支护效果达到了可控、安全的围岩稳定性要求。 Yuwu Coal Mine gas is emission and emission is not balanced, according to Yuwu Coal Mine complex geological conditionsand combined with years of practice and exploration, in the N2105 job interview by gob gas control method, the success of the gob,maintain good roadway is the key, according to the actual conditions of the site through the stress analysis software FLAC3D establishedgob three - dimensional force characteristics of the structure model of gob roof floor of the tunnel, backfill and coal for help due to miningeffect caused by the yield stress deformation and movement simulation, the width change parameters of backfill strength in certainconditions of roadway surrounding rock yield the stress and deformation characteristics of dynamic development, find out the reasonableparameters in the N2105 working face site in accordance with reasonable parameters of the gob filling body support, according to the periodicweighting step distance and set up station On the roof and floor of the roadway along the empty lane, two help deformation and therelative movement of the monitoring. The results show that with the increase of the filling body width, filling body stress in width variationof 1L 5 m range than the number of changes within the scope of 1.52 m to large, roof subsidence filling quantity and help movecloser to the amount in the filling body width 11. 5m range decreased to within the range of 1.52 m than to determine the reasonablefilling body width of 1.5m according to the measured data obtained filling body width of 1.52m of roadway surrounding rock deformation,support effect reached the security control, stability of surrounding rock.
