王家山矿区裸孔钻进中钻孔的护壁与堵漏

摘要 由于成煤年代、沉积环境的不同,煤系地层的岩性千差万别。因而在不同勘探区钻探施工中,进行钻井液的选型就显得尤为重要。靖远煤田王家山矿区煤系地层为中侏罗系地层,褶皱、断层比较发育。岩层主要为砂岩、泥岩、泥质粉砂岩。上部为10~100 m的风成沙、黄土、砾石所覆盖,松散易塌;泥岩、泥质粉砂岩占钻探总进尺的40%左右,造浆严重。早期我队曾在此施工,孔内坍塌、掉块、糊钻、卡钻事故不断,以至于有的钻孔事故处理不上来,造成钻孔报废。我队生产技术人员通过不同成分和不同配比的钻井液试验,优选出了适应王家山矿区复杂地层的PHP-KHM低固相钻井液,并于2014年3月在王家山矿区补勘1001号、1002号钻孔的施工中进行了生产实验。实验表明,该低固相钻井液成功解决了王家山勘探区钻孔施工中三四系地层坍塌严重,经常出现粘、卡、埋钻事故;煤系地层中由于煤层厚度较大,煤层部位孔壁难以维护等钻探难题,确保了钻孔施工质量,提高了钻进效率,缩短了钻孔施工周期,取得了较好的经济效益。 Because of the different coals, sedimentary environment, lithology of strata vary widely. Thus in different drilling explorationarea, it is veiy important for selection of drilling fluid. Wang - jiashan jingjuan coal mining area coal measures in the formation of Jurassicstratum, folds, faults, more development. Strata are mainly sandstone, mudstone, argillaceous siltstone. Top 10100 m of aeoliansand and loess, covered with gravel, loose fragile; Mudstone, argillaceous siltstone accounted for about 40% of the total drillingfootage, mud making serious. Our team was in the early construction, hole collapse, impellers, pasting hole, sticking accidents, somuch so that some drilling accident treatment, borehole scrap. Production and technical personnel in our team by different compositionand different ratio of drilling fluid test, optimizing the adapt to the complex formation of PHP - KHM Wang - jiashan mining area lowsolid drilling fluid, and in March 2014 in Wang - jiashan mining area to fill up the construction of No. 1001,No. 1002 drilling theproduction experiment. Experiments show that the low solid drilling fluid is successfully solved the Wang - jiashan exploration drillingconstruction in three or four formation collapse serious, often stick, card, the drill burying accident; Coal measures strata due to largecoal thickness, coal seam position hole wall is difficult to maintain the drilling problems, such as to ensure the quality of drilling constructionand improving the drilling efficiency, shorten the construction period, drilling have achieved good economic benefits.
