摘要
为了解决煤层致密、裂隙不发育,难以抽采瓦斯,缓解突出煤层衔接紧张、风量紧张、防突压力大的被动局面,基于阳煤新元公司3号煤3414综采工作面柔模混凝土快速沿空留巷的工程实践,采用了经验法计算沿空留巷围岩压力与现场实践观察的方法,提出了一种安全高效的矿井沿空留巷支护形式,巷旁采用柔模混凝土墙支护,辅助进风巷的回风侧采用单体支柱+π型梁滞后支护。实践表明深部酥软煤层柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术的应用技术合理、沿空巷道稳定。
In order to solve the density of coal seam, crack development, difficult to extract the gas, relieve the strain on coal seams cohesion,air velocity and tension, the stress of outburst prevention passive situation, based on the company s $ YangMei 3414 fullymechanized coal working face soft mould rapidly along the empty left lane of concrete engineering practice, the experience method ofcalculation for the pressure of surrounding rock with the practice of the method of observation, this paper proposes a secure and efficientmine supporting form along the empty left lane, lane beside the soft mold concrete wall supporting, the return air side of the auxiliaiyventilation lane using single prop + PI beam lag support. Practice shows deep tender, along the coal seam soft mold concrete applicationof the technology for reasonable technology, along the empty roadway stability.
