摘要
煤巷快速掘进技术是通过实现快速截割、合理化支护、机械化装运及其之间的优化配置,从而最大限度提高效率、改善安全环境及降低巷道成本的实用技术。煤巷快速掘进过程中,施工工艺易造成巷帮片帮失稳等难题。文章针对某矿复杂地质条件下快速掘进片帮问题,提出了"短掘短支"一次成形施工方式来控制片帮,并对相应的支护技术做出优化设计,现场巷道表面及多点位移监测结果表明该技术能够有效地控制巷道片帮,为煤巷快速安全高效掘进提出了新的思路。
Coal roadway rapid excavation technology is through the realization of fast cut cut, reasonable support, mechanized transportand the optimal allocation, so as to maximize efficiency, improve environmental safety and practical techniques to reduce the cost ofroadway. In the process of rapid excavation of coal roadway, the construction technology is easy to be made into the lane to help theproblem of the instability of the film. In this paper, according to the complicated geological conditions of a coal mine under the rapidexcavation of side, put fonvard " dig short short" once forming construction method to control sheet to help, and to support technology corresponding make optimization design, site of roadway surface and multi - point displacement monitoring results show that the technology can effectively control of roadway tablets help, put fonvard a kind of new train of thought for coal roadway quick, safe and highefficient driving.
