Objective: To analyze and summarize the elderly patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease combinedwith trimetazidine trimetazidine and Xueshuantong application value. Methods:In 80 elderly patients with lower extremity arterialocclusion patients as the observation object, and were randomly assigned to two groups, the control group accepted Xueshuantonginjection in the treatment, the observation group received combined with trimetazidine trimetazidine and Xueshuantong treatment,40cases in each group. The changes of serum total bilirubin (TB) and nitric oxide (NO) were compared between the two groups beforeand after treatment, and the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were analyzed. Results:Two groups in the TB and NO content comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05);and after 2 weeks oftreatment, the observation group NO and TB were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).At the same time, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differencewas statistically significant (P〈0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the twogroups (P〉0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with thrombus Tong injection is effective for the improvement of elderlypatients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans of clinical therapeutic effect.
