观察参芪扶正方辅助用药对恶性肿瘤患者放化疗的减毒作用

Observation on the Attenuated Effects of Shenqifuzheng Party Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumor

目的：针对参芪扶正方辅助用药对恶性肿瘤放化疗的减毒作用进行研究,为恶性肿瘤疾病的治疗提供新的治疗选择。方法：随机选择2012年12月~2014年12月期间,我院收治的恶性肿瘤患者120例,将其平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者实施化学治疗（化疗）,观察组患者在化疗治疗的基础上加用参芪扶正辅助治疗。针对两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应等指标进行观察比较。结果：在本次研究中,观察组和对照组患者的临床治疗效果,存在着较大的差异性,观察组和对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为58.33%、31.67%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率分别为21.67%、43.33%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板下降人数所占的比例分别为6.67%、8.33%、6.67%,与对照组患者所占的比例36.67%、30.00%、25.00%比较,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论：恶性肿瘤疾病患者化疗治疗中,实施参芪扶正方辅助用药,可以有效提高患者的治疗效果,减轻毒副作用。

Objective： To research Shenqifuzheng party adjunct to cancer chemotherapy put Attenuation,offers a newtreatment option for the treatment of malignant disease.Methods：Randomly selected in December 2012 to December 2014,ourhospital 120 cases of patients with malignant tumor,its averaged were divided into control group and observation group.Controlgroup patients with chemotherapy treatment,Observation group of patients on the basis of chemotherapy plus with ginseng andastragalus righting adjuvant therapy.In view of the two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactionindex were observed and compared.Results：In this study,the clinical treatment effect of observation group and control grouppatients,there was a bigger difference,the treatment of patients with observation group and control group effectiveness respectivelywere 58.33%,58.33%,P〈0.05,there was statistical significance.Observation group and control group patients the incidence ofadverse reactions respectively were 21.67%,43.33%,P〈0.05,there was statistical significance.Observation group of patients inthe number of white blood cells,hemoglobin,platelet decline in the proportion respectively was6.67%,8.33% and 6.67%,and thecontrol group in the proportion of patients with 36.67%,30.00%,25.00%,P〈0.05,there were statistical significance.Conclusion：Chemotherapy patients with malignant diseases,the implementation of ginseng and astragalus helped tetragonal auxiliarymedication,and can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients,reduce side effects,it can be for popularization andapplication in clinic.
