补肾接骨汤加减治疗四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀的临床研究

Clinical Study of Bushen Jiegu Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Pain after Fracture of Limbs Swelling

目的：探讨补肾接骨汤加减治疗四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀的临床效果,以寻找最佳治疗方法,提高临床诊治水平。方法：选取2010年4月～2013年4月130例四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀患者为研究对象,分成两组,对照组65例,常规治疗,观察组65例,补肾接骨汤加减治疗,观察治疗后两组指标变化。结果：治疗后3、5、7d VAS评分、压痛评分、肿胀程度较治疗前均下降,治疗前和治疗后3、5、7d比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后3、5、7dVAS评分、压痛评分、肿胀程度较对照组治疗后3、5、7dVAS评分、压痛评分、肿胀程度下降更明显,两组治疗后3、5、7dVAS评分、压痛评分、肿胀程度比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后在全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、红细胞压积较治疗前明显下降,治疗前后两组内比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后在全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、红细胞压积上下降水平较对照组治疗后下降更加明显,两组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾接骨汤加减能提高四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀临床效果。

Objective： To study the clinical effects of acute pain and swelling of Bushen Decoction in the treatment of bonefractures in extremities,for finding the best treatment to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods： April 2010-April2013after 130 cases of limb fractures in patients with acute pain and swelling for the study,divided into two groups,the controlgroup 65 cases,conventional treatment,the observation group 65 cases,kidney soup Treating then,observation and treatment after thechanges in the relevant index.Results：After treatment 3,5,7dVAS score,tenderness score,compared with before treatment decreasedthe degree of swelling after 3,5,7d before treatment and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,after treatmentobservation group 3,5,7d VAS score,score tenderness,swelling compared with the control group after treatment 3,5,7dVAS score,scoretenderness,swelling decreased more significantly,after treatment 3,5,7dVAS score,score tenderness,swelling difference Statisticalsignificance （P〈0.05）.In whole blood viscosity after treatment of whole blood and plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentationrate,hematocrit decreased than before treatment,the difference in the two groups before and after treatment were statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）,the observation group after treatment decreased plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,decreasedhematocrit levels than the control group after treatment more obvious differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）,aftertreatment. Conclusion： Bushen Jiegu Decoction can improve pain and swelling after acute limb fracture clinical effect.
