循证护理在下肢骨折患者中的应用体会

Effects of Evidence-based Nursing in the Comprehensive Nursing of Lower Extremity Fracture

目的:探究循证护理在下肢骨折患者全方位护理中的效果。方法:选取我院诊断为下肢骨折的患者120例,随机分成观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,对比两组患者的护理效果及满意度。结果:观察组并发症的发生率为3.33%,对照组的为35%,两组数据对比,结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义;观察组的满意度为98.33%,对照组的满意度为91.67%,两组数据对比,结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:循证护理能降低改善下肢骨折患者的并发症发生率,提升患者的满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the comprehensive nursing care of lower limbfracture.Methods：120 cases of lower limb fracture were selected in our hospital,and the patients were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given evidencebasednursing,and the nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results：To observe the incidenceof complications was 3.33%,the control group of 35%,compared two groups of data and results （P〈0.05） are statisticallysignificant;the satisfaction of observation group was 98.33%,the satisfaction degree of the control group was 91.67%,comparedtwo groups of data,the results （P〈0.05 were considered to be statistically significant. Conclusion：Evidence based nursing carecan reduce the incidence of complications in patients with lower extremity fracture,improve patient satisfaction,it is worth to bepopularized and applied in nursing.
