摘要
利用三维人体扫描对235名在校女大学生进行测体获得数据,通过SPSS软件中的因子分析确定体型分类指标,运用聚类分析的方法将样本量分为4类,并利用线性回归分析以身高5厘米胸围4厘米为档差计算出各个部位的新档差,为服装批量定制生产做准备。
Body data of 235 female undergraduates were got by 3D body scanning. Using SPSS, EXCEL and other software, the measured data was analyzed, and the index of prototype was confirmed. The samples were divided into four types by cluster analy sis. Finally, the new grading variations were got by liner regression analysis. Small mass customization of garment based on 3D Body scanning could be realized.
