孝文化是中国传统文化的组成部分,在中国数千年的发展中,孝道始终存在并且成为支配和评价人们行为的道德标准之一。社会工作伦理随着社会工作的发展不断发展变化,逐渐形成一套现实可行的标准。而社会工作传入中国后面临的第一个问题就是社会工作本土化的问题,社会工作伦理的本土化也不例外。传统孝文化对构建有中国特色的社会工作伦理有着重要作用。

Filial piety culture is an integral part of the Chinese traditional culture. In its developmentfor thousands of years, there has always been a culture of filial piety which has become one of themoral standards that govern and evaluate peopled behaviors. With the development of social w ork, ofsocial work ethic is also constantly evolving, and has gradually formed a set of realistic and practicalstandards. The first issue for social work after it was introduced to China is the problem of its localization,including the localization of social work ethics. The traditional filial piety culture proves to beof great significance for the building of social work ethics with Chinese characteristics.
