地方高校产学研用合作发展对策研究

Study on the Development Strategies for Industry-Study-ResearchUse Cooperation at Local Universities

应用型人才培养是国家对地方高校提出的新要求,而产学研用合作则是地方高校培养高质量应用型人才的重要举措。近年来,地方高校不断致力于产学研用合作模式的创新,从最初单纯的技术转让模式发展到现在的多元化合作模式,主要有校地共建研究平台模式、大学科技园模式、校企共建实践基地模式以及校企合作开发模式等。与此同时,地方高校产学研用合作还存在一些突出问题。地方高校要进一步发展产学研用合作,就需要积极寻求地方政府的政策支持,成立校级产学研用合作指导委员会,改革创新科研管理机制,加强"双师型"师资的引进和培养。

Training applied talents is a new requirement for local universities, and industry-study-research-use cooperation is an important measure to cultivate applied talents of high quality at local universities.In recent years, the local universities are committed to the innovation of the mode of cooperationfrom the original simple technology transfer to the present diversified cooperation. There aremainly the modes of co-building research platform, university science and technology park, school-enterpriseco-building practice base and school-enterprise cooperation development etc. A t the sametim e, there still exist some obvious problems in such cooperation. T o further develop the cooperation,local universities have to actively seek the policy support from the local government, establish the universitycommittee of industry-study-research-use cooperation, reform and innovate scientific researchmanagement mechanism and strengthen the introduction and cultivation of double professional teachers.
