Poverty Problems with the Intention to Build a Well-off Society in an All-around Way

贫困问题影响改革、发展、稳定的大局,影响全面小康社会的建成。围绕2020年能否全面建成小康社会以及全面建成小康社会时能否完全消除贫困的目标,通过小康社会监测体系中的经济发展指标的计算和预测,得出到2020年我国可以完全建成小康社会,同时根据平衡膳食宝塔提出的每人每天所需各类食物量测定贫困线,并利用其他相关指标评价我国的贫困状况,得出我国目前的贫困状况依然严峻,贫困线存在低估现象以及贫富差距过大的问题。

Poverty problems may produce impact on overall situation for the reform, development, stabilizationand the realization of a well-off society in an all-around way. This paper aims at exploringwhether the w ell-off society could be built and poverty could be completely eliminated by 2020. Bycalculating and predicting the data of economic development in monitoring system, it is concluded thatChina could finish the task of w ell-off society by 2020. According to the poverty standard published byBalanced Diet Pagoda and some other related evaluative criterion, the following conclusion could be arrivedat： poverty problem is still serious, and poverty line turns out to be underestimated. In addition,the gap between the rich and the poor proves to be severe.
