摘要
针对1 500 MPa级超高强度耐磨钢板淬透性不足的问题,利用微观组织分析的方法,对问题产生原因从淬火温度、保温时间、化学成分、冷却速度等角度进行了分析和研究。通过优化成分、改善热处理条件等措施提高淬透性,实现了批量生产,产品实物质量得到极大提升。
For the insufficient hardenability problem of 1 500 MPa grade high strength abrasion resistant steel,thearticle analyzes and studies the causes of the defects from the aspects of quenching temperature, holding time, chemicalcomposition, cooling rate by means of microstructure analysis. Various measures are established to increase the hardenabilityby composition optimization and heat treatment condition improvement. After implementing the measures, batchproduction is achieved,and actual product quality is greatly improved as well.
