摘要
通过低倍检查、金相显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱仪等检测手段,对钢板拉伸断口形貌、夹杂物及显微组织进行观察和分析,研究济钢生产Q500q E钢板探伤不合格的原因。分析发现:钢板厚度中心区域珠光体带存在着硫化物、微量元素偏聚及贝氏体组织,在热应力、组织应力和有害元素偏聚的共同作用下,诱发内部微裂纹,从而导致Q500q E钢板探伤不合格。
The tensile fracture morphology, inclusions and microstructure are observed and analyzed by means ofmacro - examination, optical microscope ( OM) , scanning electron microscope ( SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS) so as to study the causes of disqualified Q500qE steel plate in ultrasonic flaw detection. The results show thatsulfide,trace elements aggregation and bainite structure at pearlite band at the center of steel plate,which lead,to internalmicrocracks and disqualification of Q500qE steel plate in ultrasonic flaw detection under the joint functioning ofthermal stress, structural stress and harmful element aggregation.
