摘要
创新发展高等职业教育,培养技术技能人才,不仅要培养学生掌握以胜任岗位操作为核心的就业能力,更要加强对学生思维能力的培养。培养并提升学生的思维能力也是高职人才培养的内涵之一。为此,高职院校在课堂教学中必须从注重动作思维的培养,促进学生立体思维的周贯,遵循"思""问"互进之规律,优化解决问题的思维过程,提升思维品质,增强学生的思维功效等方面,不断改进学生思维能力的培养。
Innovative development of higher vocational education,training technical skills,is not only to enhance the employability of students which goes around with on the job training,but also strengthen the cultivation of students’thinking ability.Cultivating and improving students’thinking ability is one of the connotation of higher vocational talents training.Therefore,teachers in the higher vocational colleges in the classroom teaching should pay attention to the cultivation of action thinking,promoting students’three dimensional thinking,fol-lowing the law of “thinking”and “ask”,optimizing the thinking process of solving problems,improving the quality of thinking,enhancing the thinking ability of students to improve their thinking ability.
