试论中国农村改革方向

Analysis on Direction of Chinese Rural Reform

经过了改革开放30多年的发展,中国农村的面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化,农业生产力水平不断提高,农民的生活质量明显改变。但是,随着我国工业化和城市化步伐的不断加快,我国城乡的二元经济结构特征日趋明显,相对于城市发展的日新月异,农村发展明显滞后,城乡矛盾日益突出。这就要求未来中国农村的改革,必须以城镇化、农业现代化和资本化为方向,推动中国农村的现代化进程。

There has been great change arising in Chinese rural area during more than 30 years since reform and opening to the outside world. The productivity of agriculture has been improved constantly with obvious improvement over living standard of peasants.However,with rapid industrialization and urbanization in China,the urban rural dual economic structure is obviously manifested.Compared with quick change in urban development,rural development obviously falls behind with highlighted contradiction existing between urban and rural areas. It is required that in the future,Chinese rural reform should take urbanization,agricultural modernization and capitalization as direction to promote modernization of Chinese rural area.
