众创时代开放教育之创业教育与创业文化研究——以湖州广播电视大学为例

A Study on Entrepreneurship Education and the Construction of Entrepreneurial Culture of Open Education Under Crowd Innovation Era——Taking Huzhou Broadcast and TV University for an Example

加强高校创业教育,提高人才培养质量,是推动大众创业、万众创新的重要举措,也是推进开放教育转型发展的迫切需要。创业教育符合"德育为先"的教育思想,"能力为本"的育人理念,"实践为重"的职业需求,实现创业教育的根本转变需要依靠创业文化这一力量引擎。文章以湖州广播电视大学(简称湖州电大)为例,阐明构建崇尚创业的价值文化,推动创业的行为文化,激励创业的环境文化的有效路径,并在此基础上研究提出开放教育创业文化品牌建设的对策建议。

Strengthening entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and improving the quality of talent cultivating are not only the inevitable ways to promote mass entrepreneurship and crowd innovation,but also the pressing needs of driving the transformation and devel-opment of Open Education.Entrepreneurship education conforms to the education thought of “Morality First”,the education concept of “Ca-pability Principal”and the vocational need of “Practice Crucial”.The realization of the fundamental shift of entrepreneurship education relies on entrepreneurial culture.Which acts like a powerful engine.This paper,taking Huzhou Radio and Television University as an example,e-laborates the effective ways to construct the value culture of advocating entrepreneurship,the behavior culture of promoting entrepreneur-ship and the Environment Culture of Motivating Entrepreneurship,and on this basis puts forward some measures and ways to build entrepre-neurial culture brand.
