深化农业改革视域下生态循环农业模式探究——以湖州“水稻-水产”种养结合模式为例

Exploration on Mode of Ecological Agriculture in Perspective of Deepening Agricultural Reform——A Case Study on“Rice-Aquatic”Product Model of Combination of Farming and Animal Husbandry in Huzhou

在进一步深化农业改革,持续推进农业现代化进程中,研究家庭农场生态循环农业模式具有一定的实践价值和现实意义。文章基于对农业现代化进程中创新家庭农场生态循环农业模式的解读,选取湖州"水稻-水产"种养结合模式,论述了"稻鳖共生""稻虾共生""稻鱼共生"种养结合模式的相关做法,分析出"水稻-水产"种养结合模式具有完善农业生态系统、提升农村经济整体水平、优化农村生态环境、促进农业新技术新产品推广与运用等生态价值,提出了加强政策扶持、构建科技支撑体系、提升经营者管理水平、健全相关机制等建议,以期为推动湖州"水稻-水产"种养结合生态循环农业的发展提供有效路径。

In the process of further agricultural reform and promotion over agricultural modernization,it is of certain practical value and real-istic significance to study on ecological cycle agriculture pattern in family farm.Based on explanation about ecological cycle agricultural pat-tern in innovative family farm under the background of agricultural modernization,“rice aquatic”combination pattern in Huzhou is adopt-ed to describe related practice of combination model of farming and animal husbandry between rice and turtle,shrimp and fish and analyze that the model between rice and aquatic product possesses perfect agricultural ecological system which can improve overall economic level, optimize rural ecological environment,and promote promotion and application of new agricultural products,and propose to reinforce policy support,construct scientific support system,improve management level,and improve related mechanism and so on,providing effective way to promote combination model of “rice aquatic”products in ecological cycle agriculture.
