摘要
隧道工程建设规模大,施工期间的不确定因素多,工程中灾害事故会造成严重的财产损失和社会影响,风险管理理念越来越多的应用于隧道工程建设中。由于事故统计数据的有限性以及工程自身的差异性,事故真实概率难以获取,导致当前定量风险评估方法可操作性较差,通过对Kent法思想进行优化改进,构建改进Kent法隧道穿越桥梁施工风险评估模型,并提出"施工风险综合指数CRCI"的概念,用其表征隧道穿越既有桥梁施工风险水平,对实现隧道穿越桥梁施工风险评估的多元考虑具有重要意义。以杭州紫之隧道沿山河段穿越桥梁施工为实例,运用改进Kent法模型对其施工风险水平进行评估,评估结果显示其风险水平为2级。数值模拟及现场监测结果均显示桩基变形稳定,无异常变形,隧道穿越桥梁施工过程中桥梁安全状况良好,施工风险水平较低,与风险评估结果相吻合,验证了运用改进Kent法模型对隧道穿越桥梁施工风险进行评估的可行性与可靠性。
The construction scale of tunnel engineering is large,and many uncertain factors exist during the period of construction,disasters and accidents will lead to serious property damage and social influence.So risk management concept is widely used in tunnel engineering construction.Because of limited accident statistics and the difference between engineering,the real probability of accidents are difficulty to obtain,which has lead to poor operational problems in quantitative risk assessment method.By referring to the methods of Kent,optimizing and improving it,and avoiding its defects,we structured the improved Kent method for assessing the risk of tunnel construction crossing a bridge.The concept of CRCI is also presented.By using CRCI to characterize the risk level of the tunnel crossing the bridge construction,the multiple consideration for risk assessment is achieved.The improved Kent model is used to analyse the construction risk of Zizhi tunnel and the risk level is founsd to be level 2.The results of numerical simulation and field monitoring show that the deformation of pile foundation is stability,without abnormal deformation.The bridge safety is in good condition in the process of tunnel construction crossing it,and the risk level of construction is low.All these findings agree well with the risk assessment results.The feasibility and reliability of the improved Kent method in the assessment of the risk of tunnel construction crossing a bridge is verified.
