摘要
为了延伸铁路冷链纵深,发展集装箱运输和多式联运,针对中国铁路冷链主要特点,结合使用的45英尺柴电一体式冷藏箱的运输方式,以成本最小为目标,综合分析铁路冷链运输中的相关约束,提出基于动态规划的冷藏集装箱途中加油策略的优化方案。鉴于冷藏集装箱运输具有阶段性变化的特点,提出采用动态规划的方法,以区段为阶段进行优化计算。在加油方案优化的结果上,可以减少不必要的加油停站和加油站设置,降低集装箱办理站建设成本、提高冷藏运输服务的效率和质量。
To extend the depth of railway cold-chain transportation,and the development of containerization and multimodal transport,this paper considerates the features of railway cold-chain transportation in China and the method of using 45 ft integrated diesel-electric refrigerated container.The minimum cost is regarded as the objective function and other constraint condition in railway cold-chain transportation is also taken into consideration.An optimization plan of refrigerated container refueling strategies in transit based on dynamic programming is presented in this paper.Based on the research results,railway transportation department can reduce the dwelling time of refueling-stop and the number of gas station.These results are necessary to reduce the cost of railway container freight station building and to improve the efficiency and quality of railway cold-chain transportation.
