大学生主观幸福感的跨文化研究——以浙江科技学院为例

Intercultural study of subjective well-being of university students——A case study of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology

如今国内高校与国外大学的交流日益频繁与深入,留学生数量逐年增加,大学生幸福感的跨文化研究就显得尤为重要。文化因素是构建和影响主观幸福感的一个非常重要的因素,不同的文化背景势必使得中外大学生对幸福的判断和感受都会有所差异。以浙江科技学院为例,通过问卷调查与访谈,从跨文化的角度具体分析八大因子即恋爱情况、学业成绩、人际关系、职业前景、经济保障、自我接纳、成熟成长和休闲娱乐对中外大学生主观幸福感相似或相异的影响程度。

With deeper and more frequent exchanges between domestic and foreign universitiesnowadays, the number of foreign university students studying in China has been increasing yearby year, thus the intercultural study on college students’ well-being is of great significance.Since culture is a key factor of constructing and affecting subjective well-being, various culturalbackgrounds certainly will make a difference to university students’ judgment and perception ofwell-being. Based on questionnaire and interview, this survey takes both Chinese and foreignstudents of ZUST as subjects, and specifically analyzes the extent of similarity as well asimparity of the impact of eight main factors-love, academic performance, interpersonalrelationship, career prospect, economic guarantee, self-acceptance, maturity and recreation-on college students＇ well-being from the intercultural perspective.
