摘要
Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CC16)与肿瘤发生发展密切相关,大量体内外实验结果提示CC16可以作为患癌风险评价的生物标记物,尤其是在吸烟人群中。将含CC16的DNA质粒转染到表达CC16受体的肿瘤中也发现可以抑制其自主生长和转移。研究认为,CC16可能通过抑制肿瘤表达降解酶而实现抗肿瘤目的。本文将针对CC16在肺癌抑制方面的生物学作用进行详细综述。
Clara cell secretory protein(CC16)is closely related to tumor development and progression. The in vivo and in vitro evidence implicates CC16 as a potential biomarker of cancer risk,particularly in smokers. The present in-vestigation have found that CC16 have anti - motility and anti - invasive effects by transfecting several cell lines de-rived from adenocarcinomas of various organs with an hUG - cDNA construct. And the CC10 - transfected cell lines also demonstrated decreased adhesiveness to fibronectin compared with the controls,which are considered as the mechanism of tumor suppressor - like effects. This article is aimed to investigate the biological function of CC16 on the inhibition of lung tumor invasion.
