摘要
针对现有采用内触发方式的内置式压力测试仪,在火炮膛压测试中易受到伴随的电磁干扰,从而影响测试仪的测量精度等问题,特提出基于内置式压力测试仪的电磁屏蔽设计,通过对电磁屏蔽的理论分析及相关计算,设计了内置式压力测试仪的最佳壳体屏蔽模型,确定了屏蔽体的材料。采用Ansoft Maxwell软件对壳体的屏蔽设计进行了电磁仿真,仿真结果验证了设计的合理性,为解决内置式压力测试仪的电磁屏蔽提供了可行的方案。
Since built-in pressure testing instrument adopting internal triggering method is susceptible to electromagnetic interference in ar -tillery gun pressure testing , thus affecting testing precision of pressure testing instrument .In this paper , an electromagnetic shielding de-sign was presented based on built-in pressure testing instrument .Through theoretical analysis and calculation of electromagnetic shielding , a useful shielding shell mode of the built-in pressure testing instrument , was designed and the shielding material was determined .Also, Ansoft Maxwell software was used to conduct electromagnetic simulation for shell shield design .The simulation results verify rationality of the design, a feasible scheme is provided to solve the problem of electromagnetic shielding of built -in pressure testing instrument .
