乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)的紫外光辐照交联研究 被引量:2

摘要 以乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为树脂基体,通过紫外光辐照交联的方式对其进行辐照交联,研究了不同的交联条件对POE交联度的影响,以及POE交联前后相关性能的变化。研究结果表明,在适当的交联条件下,POE的凝胶含量可以达到75%以上,交联后材料的力学性能提高了35%,同时热性能、电绝缘性能也得到了大幅度提高。 In the present paper,poly(ethylene-co-octene)(POE) was crosslinked by UV irradiation.We studied the crosslinked degree in various condition and the related properties of POE.The results show that the POE samples are readily crosslinked to a gel content of above 75% with 5 s UV-irradiation under optimum conditions.And the tensile strength was 35% higher than the un-irradiated sample,in the same time,the thermal stability and electric insulation property were also improved much more.
