New Control System of Continuous Cast-Rolling Machine for Aluminum Alloy Electrical Rod

分析国产铝合金电工杆连铸连轧生产线控制系统缺陷,结合实际使用经验,设计一套基于西门子PLC与PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术的控制系统。从影响生产线性能的主要因素入手,提高生产线的自动化水平。

By analyzing the defect in control system of domestic continuous cast-rolling production line for aluminum alloy electrical rod,and combining with the paracticed experience,a new set of control system should be designed on the basis of the Siemens PLC and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus,which is started from the decisive factor of affecting production line performance,so that to improve the antomation level of it.
