摘要
根据某型起动机的基本要求,设计了一台12/8极双凸极电励磁起动电机,给出了电机的基本结构,详细叙述了电机的基本设计方法和流程,给出了双凸极电机的功率尺寸方程和励磁绕组的匝数确定原则,并验证了电机的槽满率。同时,根据所设计电机尺寸,建立了有限元分析模型,对电机的气隙磁密、反电势、磁链以及空载特性等进行了分析与仿真验证。最后,还通过"场-路"结合建立了双凸极电机驱动仿真系统,进行了标准角度控制下的仿真,给出了关键仿真波形,仿真结果验证了电机设计的合理性和正确性。
A 12/8 pole doubly salient electro- magnetic motor was designed,according to the basic requirements of a type of starter motor. The basic structure,design method and processes were described in detail and the power dimension equation and the principle of excitation winding turns were derived,then the slot fill factor of the motor was verified. Moreover,the finite element analysis model was established according to the size,the static characteristics were simulated with finite element analysis( FEA) software,including the air gap magnetic flux density,back EMF,flux,and no- load characteristic. Finally,a field- circuit co- simulation model of motor driving system based on standard angle control method was built by electro- magnetic finite element analysis and transient solver of control circuit. The key simulation waveforms were given out. The simulation results verify the rationality and correctness of the design method.
