摘要 磁通切换型永磁同步电机因其定转子拓扑简单、结构紧凑、转矩密度大、故障率低等优点,能够实现电机在较宽速度范围内运行调速,适用于风力发电、混合动力汽车等领域。在深入分析磁通切换型永磁同步电机磁通切换工作原理基础上,设计了一台12槽10极磁通切换型双凸极电机,采用有限元方法计算了电机的气隙磁场、永磁磁链和反电动势、齿槽转矩以及输出转矩等电磁特性。最后通过一台3 k W样机对其转矩特性进行了实验验证,实验结果与有限元仿真结果一致,验证了上述方法的正确性。 With the features of stator and rotor's simple structure,compact design,high torque density and low failure rate,flux switching permanent magnet synchronous machine( FSPMSM) can effectively broaden the performance speed range in the fields of wind power generation and hybrid vehicles applications. Based on the analysis of the working principle of this machine,one 12 slots 10 poles FSPMSM was designed by FEM,in additional,the corresponding air- gap flux density,the flux linkage,the back EMFs,cogging torque and output torque of the machine are calculated. Finally,a 3 k W prototype was designed to investigate the mentioned analysis and calculation above. The experimental results are consistent with the FEM results,which verify the correctness of above methods.
