摘要
小型中磁密旋转变压器的铁心材料通常选用DG41,但因其易生锈,环境适应性差,且对环境有一定污染性,迫切需要选择不易生锈的软磁材料代替DG41。文章以20机座号旋转变压器为代表,对1J50W材料在旋转变压器中的应用进行了分析。
DG41 material is usually used for core material of reslovers which are small size and medium magnetic density. But DG41 material is rusty and pollutional,and a rustless soft magnetic material is required to substitute DG41. The application of 1J50 W material used in resolvers was analysed in this paper.
