摘要
为了解噻苯隆在甜椒中的消解动态和最终残留情况,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)测定。噻苯隆在0.1-10.0μg/L的浓度范围内具有较好的线性,检出限为0.05μg/kg,定量限0.20μg/kg,在3个添加水平下,噻苯隆的平均回收率为90.5%-94.1%,相对标准偏差为6.2%-7.3%。田间试验结果表明噻苯隆在甜椒中的消解半衰期为2.7 d,属于易降解性农药。最终残留试验结果表明,噻苯隆在采收期的甜椒中未检测出。该测定方法简单快速,适于甜椒中噻苯隆的快速测定,噻苯隆在甜椒上的使用较为安全。
A method for the determination of thidiazuron in pimiento by using ultra-high performace liquid chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometry( UHPLC-MS/MS) was established,and thidiazuron degradation behavior in pimiento was also investigated. The limit of detection( LOD) of thidiazuron reached 0. 05 μg/kg and the limit of quantification( LOQ)was 0. 20 μg/kg,when the concentration ranged from 0. 1 μg/L to 10. 0 μg/L. For the spiked samples,the average recoveries of thidiazuron ranged from 90. 5% to 94. 1%,with the relative standard deviations from 6. 2% to 7. 3%. Field trial showed that the half life of thidiazuron in pimiento was 2. 7 d,implying that thidiazuron is degradable. The residue of thidiazuron at harvest appeared to be less than 0. 05 μg/kg( LOD). The method is applicable for fast determination of thidazuron in pimiento.
