在当前我国开展全面依法治国的大背景下,以广东省律师行业为研究对象,结合广东省七地六家律所的实地调研数据,对广东省律师行业的发展现状和困境进行分析,并针对广东省律师行业现存的管理机制不健全、不完善等问题提出促进律师行业发展的相关对策。

Under the background of the overall rule of law , this paper analyzes the current situation anddifficulties of the development of the lawyer profession that based on field survey data of six firms at sevenplaces in Guangdong, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of the lawyer professionin view of the problems of the existing management system of the lawyer profession in Guangdong.
