摘要
目的探讨五星教学法在住院医师医患沟通教学中的应用效果。方法全部住院医师按照参加培训时间不同分为2组,传统教学法组(对照组)48人,以教师为中心、书本为中心和课堂为中心的传统教学方式进行教学,穿插案例讲授;五星教学法组(教改组)206人,以聚焦问题、激活旧知识、论证新知识、应用新知识和融会贯通5步进行教学。结果两组间各项得分对比统计,对教学内容兴趣方面差异无统计学意义(P=0.788);教改组对学习后自认为对沟通有策略和信心方面、对课程的兴趣及是否愿意参加后续学习方面得分优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论将五星教学方法应用于医患沟通的教学中,可以更好地激发学习者的学习热情,有效地改善了住院医师在沟通过程中的畏难情绪,得到了良好的医患沟通效果。
Objective To discuss the application outcome of 5-star teaching method to teaching residents doctor-patient communication. Methods All the trained residents were divided according to training time into traditional teaching method group( control group,n = 48) and 5-star teaching method group( reform group,n = 206). The control group was taught with teacher-centered,textbook-centered and classroom-centered teaching modes plus case study. The reform group received 5-step teaching:problem-focused,activating old knowledge,verifying new knowledge,applying new knowledge,and mastering new knowledge through a complete study. Results The scores in interest in teaching content were not significantly different between the two groups( P = 0. 788),and the reform group got higher scores than the control group in post-study perception of communication strategies,confidence,interest in the course and willingness to participate in the follow-up study( all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Introducing5-star teaching method into doctor-patient communication teaching can better stimulate the residents 'learning enthusiasm and effectively overcome their fear during communication with patients,which has achieved satisfactory doctor-patient communication effects.
