摘要
目的探索如何高质量完成新的妇产科学专业硕士学位研究生培养目标。方法将7名专业学位硕士33个月的临床学习分成三个时间段,在不同亚专业(妇科学、产科学、计划生育学)轮转学习,同时制定相应各亚专业的学习目标,每个亚专业学习完成后进行阶段性考核。结果在规定的学习阶段,7名专业学位研究生的各项专业技能操作均达到优秀水平。结论妇产科学专业学位研究生在临床学习期间进行设定目标的阶段考核,可激发学生学习主动性,提高其专业技能,有一定的实用推广价值。
Objective To explore how to achieve the goal of training profession-oriented master's degree candidates of gynecology and obstetrics with high-quality. Methods We divided the 33 months' clinical study of 7 profession-oriented master's degree candidates of gynecology and obstetrics into three sections,during which the students had rotation study in various secondary majors( gynecology,obstetrics and family planning). At the same time,we set corresponding study objectives for each secondary major and conducted sectional examination at the completion of secondary major study. Results The 7students reached excellence level in the clinical skills operation examinations for all the secondary majors within the 33 months. Conclusion Using sectional examination with preset goals for profession-oriented master's degree candidates of gynecology and obstetrics during clinical study can stimulate the students 'initiative in learning and improve their clinical skills. This teaching strategy is worthy of application and popularization.
