多元化教学模式在儿科临床实践教学运用的满意度调查及分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的为提高医学生的学习兴趣,探讨多种教学模式并用于儿科临床实践教学中的效果。方法选择五年制临床学生及七年制预防医学生80名,在儿科临床见习中采用多种教学模式相结合的方法,课程结束后发放调查问卷进行满意度调查。结果对6种教学模式总体满意度由高到低排列:床旁教学(75.0%),请病人进课堂(67.6%),典型病案讨论(67.4%),社区教学(64.4%),小讲课(42.1%)及多媒体模拟及视频教学(35.0%)。结论多种教学模式相结合能激发学生学习兴趣,全面培养学生临床思维能力,提高学生各种临床技能。 Objective To improve medical students' interest in learning,we explored the effect of combined application of various teaching models to pediatric clinical teaching. Methods We selected 80 students of five-year clinical medicine program and seven-year preventive medicine program. They were taught with diversified teaching models in pediatric clinical teaching,and at the completion of the course their satisfaction about the course was assessed with questionnaire-based survey. Results The overall satisfaction about the 6 teaching models ranked as follows from high to low: bedside teaching( 75. 0%),inviting the patient to be involved in classroom teaching( 67. 6%),typical case discussion( 67. 4%),community-based education( 64. 4%),mini-lectures( 42. 1 %),and multimedia simulation and video teaching( 35. 0%). Conclusion The combination of various teaching models can stimulate students 'interest in learning,cultivate students' clinical thinking ability and improve their clinical skills.
