摘要
中学篮球课是教育部颁布的中学体育教材大纲中的一项重要内容,它对于发展学生的心理素质、身体素质、运动能力等都具有重要作用。笔者为了激发初中学生对篮球运动的兴趣,提高篮球课的教学质量和效果,在教学中针对学生生理的具体特点和差异采取不同的教学方法,特别对"等级升降法"进行持续的运用并作深入的研究:选定研究组和对照组,经过一段时间的实验教学,对两组学生的差异进行分析,结果发现此方法对激发学生兴趣和提高教学质量都具有显著效果。
