安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者矫治前后前面高及双平面变化的临床研究

A clinical research on the face type and double occlusal plane level change in Angles Class Ⅱ, division 2 patients before and after treatment

目的观察分析安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者矫治前后前面高及双平面的变化情况,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择30例诊断为安氏Ⅱ类2分类的患者,均拔除4颗第一前磨牙。对矫治前后的头颅定位侧位片进行测量分析,选取AOP-FH、POP-FH、OP-dif、MP-FH、N-Me、N-ANS、ANS-Me等7个项目进行研究,并进行统计学分析。结果矫治前后AOP-FH、POP-FH、N-Me及ANS-Me差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用直丝弓矫治技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者后,患者面下1/3高度增加,前、后平面均减小,且前平面变化更显著。

Objective To evaluate the change of the the face type and the cant of the occlusal plane of the patients with Angle ClassⅡ, division 2 before and after orthodontic treatment, in order provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods In 30 patients with Angle Class Ⅱ, division 2, 4 first premolars were extracted. They were treated with straight wire appliance. Pre-treatment and post-treatment lateral cephalograms of the patients were obtained and evaluated. Seven parameters including AOP-FH, POP-FH, OP-dif, MP-FH, N-Me, N-ANS, ANS-Me were selected and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in AOP-FH, N-Me, POP-FH and ANS-Me（P 0.05）, while there were no significant differences in other parameters. Conclusion After the straight wire appliance treatment for Angle Class Ⅱ division 2 patients, heights of 1/3 lower face increases, both anterior and posterior occlusal plane decreases,especially the anterior occlusal plane.
