摘要
针对目前混凝土实验室对养护环境控制的需求,设计了一种混凝土养护监控系统。系统基于MCGS组态软件设计的上位机监控系统,采用SHT10温湿度传感器与STC12相结合的底层智能控制单元,通过无线通信GPRS模块的数据通信,实现了混凝土养护现场的多节点动态监控,系统满足混凝土养护标准的要求,具有控制精度高、稳定性好、动态人机交互、自动远程数据发送等特点。
Aiming at the concrete laboratory demand for maintenance environment control, this paperdesigns a concrete maintenance monitoring system. The system is the P C monitoring system whichdesigned by the M C G S configuration software. By adopting the combination of SHT 10 temperature andhumidity sensor and STC12 underlying intelligent control unit, the system achieves the multiple nodesdynamic monitoring of the concrete curing scene through data communication by GPRS wirelesscommunication module. The system meets the requirements of the standard of concrete maintenance andhas high control accuracy, good stability and dynamic characteristics of human-computer interaction,automatic remote data sending.
