摘要
通过伤病调查和功能动作筛查,分析国家射击队运动员的伤病、FMS结果及其相关性。访谈发现:运动员伤病情况主要存在肩背部占51.1%,腰部占46.7%,颈部占28.9%。FMS测试发现:运动员肩、髋、踝关节灵活性和身体后链柔韧性差,23人动作模式存在非对称现象。分析发现有无伤病运动员深蹲、分腿蹲、总分3项得分均值存在显著性差异;非对称性与伤病的相关关系具有统计学意义;FMS总分的ROC曲线具有统计学意义,截断点分值为15分,灵敏性为0.750,特异性为0.609,比值比为4.667,验前概率为0.410,验后概率为0.571。射击运动员应注重改善关节灵活性,加强菱形肌、肩袖、核心区等深层稳定肌及弱侧力量,使用FMS测试的截断点分值和对称性预测伤病风险。
Through investigation and functional movement screening,this paper explores the characters and correlation between injuries and FMS.Interviews found out that injuries mainly exist in the upper back 51.1%,wais 46.7%t,neck 28.9%.FMS test found out that athletes have bad mobility of shoulder,hip and ankle,also bad of flexibility of back muscle chain;what’s more,23 people action pattern in asymmetric phenomenon.Statistics found out that score of squat,in lunge,and total score exist significant difference between athletes with and without injuries;Asymmetry and injuries’ correlation is also significant;ROC curve area is meaningful;FMS cut-off values is 15,the sensitivity 0.750 and specificity 0.609,the odds ratio 4.667,a priori probability 0.410,and the posteriori probability 0.571.Shooters should pay attention to improve the joint mobility,strengthen the scapular muscles,shoulder sleeve,deep muscles such as core and weak side,using FMS test cut-off value and symmetry to predict the risk of injury.
