我国药品损害赔偿制度存在的问题及对策

当前,医患关系日趋紧张,药害事故更是频发。而由此引发的赔偿问题在解决上又并不是那么容易。本文在分析有关我国药品损害赔偿制度存在的问题的基础上,寻求对策,力图构建属于我国的药品损害赔偿制度。

At present, the doctor-patient relationship is increasingly tense, what＇s more, the drugs damage accident is more frequent. In this article, based on the analysis about the problem of drug damage compensation system in our country, this paper tries to seek countermeasures and build medical damage compensation system in our country.
