药学硕士专业学位研究生实践能力培养与评价体系构建——以沈阳药科大学为例

The Construction of Practical Ability Training and Evaluation System For Professional Master of Pharmacy——Taken Shenyang Pharmaceutical University as an Example

随着全日制专业学位招生规模的扩大,全日制硕士专业学位研究生在我国硕士研究生教育的比重已经接近1:1,如何构建专业学位实践能力培养体系,如何对专业学位实践能力进行评价,提高专业学位培养质量,是当前面临的重大问题。切实加强专业实践基地建设,根据实践单位需求设立实践能力培养目标,坚持创新,讲求实效,建立健全合作单位全程参与研究生培养机制,构建专业实践基地和校内导师共同参与的药学专业学位实践能力评价体系,是提高药学硕士专业学位研究生职业能力和培养质量的主要途径。

With the enlargement of full-time professional degree enrollment, the proportion of full-time professional degree students and master＇s degree graduate students is close to 1：1 in our country. Currently, it is a major problem that how to build a practical ability training system for professional degree, how to evaluate the practical ability, and how to improve the quality of professional degree. The construction of professional practice base should be strengthened. The training objective of practical ability should be set according to the practice organization. The innovation should be maintained and the practical result should be stressed. A mechanism that the cooperation organization participates fully should be established and a practical ability evaluation system that both the practice base and the teacher could participate in together should be established too. All above mentioned are the main way to improve the professional ability and the training quality of professional master of pharmacy.
