贵州省住院医师规范化培养现状调查与分析

Study on the Status of the Standardized Residents Training in Guizhou Province

目的:调查分析贵州省住院医师规范化培养现状。方法:采取现场发放调查问卷和深入访谈法,调查对象为2012-2014年进入医院参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师。调查内容包括规培整体认知、临床培养情况、心理压力状况、临床能力提高程度和满意度四大板块。结果:87.99%对住院医师规范化培养持支持态度,97.49%认为住院医师规范化培养对其有帮助,住院医师临床思维能力和临床实践能力提高较大,临床其他能力有待提高,对带教老师满意度不够高,对基地医院及自身表现满意度一般。在规范化培养期间存在的问题有:部分带教老师带教意识薄弱、薪酬待遇低、临床非专业能力培养不够以及心理、压力问题过大。结论:住院医师规范化培养得到大部分学员的肯定,但就规培的政策及意义认识不足,提高教师带教积极性和学员薪酬待遇,重视学员非专业素质培养,搭建心理咨询平台、多途径缓解规培学员压力是提高规范化培训学员积极性和培训质量的保证。

Objective： To investigate the status of the standardized training of resident physicians in Guizhou Province.Methods： All of resident physicians participated in training in the hospital from 2012 to 2014 were selected for questionnaire survey and interview in-depth. The contents of investigation were divided into cognition, clinical cultivation, psychological pressures, degree improvement of clinical competences and satisfaction. Results： 87.99% resident physicians supported the resident physicians standardized training,97.49% considered the training is helpful for them, most of the resident physicians considered that their clinical thinking ability and practice ability are improved, but other clinicalability need to be further improved.Satisfaction is not enough for teaching of clinical teachers, and they are not very satisfied with their performances and base hospitals. The top 5 difficulties during training for resident physicians were weakened teaching consciousness, lower income, insufficient of clinical non-professional quality and greater psychological health problems and pressures.Conclusion： Most of the resident physicians approve the standardized training,but lack the recognition about policy and significance of training. Training enthusiasm and quality are ensured by improving teachers＇ teaching enthusiasm and resident physicians＇ income, attaching more attention on residents＇ non-professional quality and relieving residents＇ pressures through psychological counseling platform and various channels.
